A great local Pilates studio if you’re serious about paying attention to what your own body needs, not keeping up with other people in a big class.

I have been a regular client of Integrated Bodywork Pilates since returning to Melbourne from NYC 8 years ago. I wanted somewhere that would offer the same personalised training that I experienced in NY and Rose, Sam and their team provide exactly that. I have had many cancer related surgeries and treatments and the care and attention I constantly receive has been amazing. In both preparation for procedures and assisting in my ongoing recovery and rehabilitation. They have truly made a difference to how my body looks, feels and heals. I look forward to my sessions every week with Rose, Sam and their carefully selected team.

Rose and Sam are amazing Pilates teachers. Before I did Pilates I really didn’t think it was for men, especially if you did gym work. But I was totally wrong!! They have really improved my muscles, fixed faults and genuinely are interested in helping you get the best out of your body.

Excellent and attentive instructors. Personalised towards your needs so you can go in as a beginner or pro and still be well looked after. Small class of up to 4. Have been going for more than 8 years and it's a mixture of reformer and mat so it's never boring and it's pointed to what you need the most. Results are palpable.

If you want to see genuine improvement, get better, and enjoy doing it, Integrated Bodywork is the place for you. Rose and Sam are both fantastic instructors who marry a deep understanding of bodies and movement practice with a highly personable, engaging approach. Because they run small groups which enable them to focus on each individual, you always feel like you're maximising your time, and the benefits are tangible. Highly recommended!

Pilates classes with Sam are my church! A fixture in my week for more than 10 years, I can't get by without them. Great, personal service, all the gear, small classes - and an awesome soundtrack. Can't recommend highly enough whether you have injuries, niggles, aches and pains, or just want to improve your strength, flexibility - and your headspace.

Have just recently started Pilates at Integrated Bodywork and I am amazed at how much better I feel already. If you have never tried Pilates before I highly recommend Integrated Bodywork.
