No offence but this boost could learn something of the boost at Casey central Narre Warren, never blended properly maybe the blades are blunt on the blenders, consistency isn’t right, maybe staff are told to be stingy on ingredients and add more ice not sure.

Waited 24 minutes to order and get our drinks. Only 2 staff working and both were under the pump. When I finally go my boost it was really watery and the bananas they used were not ripe. I would of taken them up on the 2 sip refund policy but didn't want to wait 20 more minutes. The staff were friendly, the only reason I didn't give 1 star. Pretty disappointing.

manager was passive aggressive when i asked for my drink to be blended again, she rolled her eyes and sighed, not the first time i've had an interaction like this with the manager, also witnessed manager yelling a JUNIOR staff who look no older than 17, Not a happy customer, would not recommend and I will not be returning.

Always so great to visit. This review is based on today and the past experiences. I met the store owner who was lovely to chat to. Zoe and Makayla were efficient and friendly. Store was clean, looks great and I didn’t have to wait as there were four staff members. The juice was tasty and great as always. I have been a customer for years and it’s always great.

Had the Caribbean green today and it was the worst I've ever had I couldn't even drink it. So lumpy the straw kept getting stuck then it was like having a slug in your mouth.

Two girls under the pump - one seemed new but so friendly even took the time to check if i could have Vanilla yoghurt as I asked for Soy milk. Great service.

Lovely Boosties doing their best during a pandemic. Drinks are yummy, yes sometimes very busy but I've seen them training new staff for summer. Love Boost Juice Pakenham.
