i called up at around 9:00pm and asked if i could make a phone order to pick up as it says they close at 9:30 online. the girl continued to tell me that they actually close at 9:15 but aren’t allowed to leave until 9:30 apparently. she wouldn’t take my order at 9:00 and i’m just really disappointed ☹️

I was standing there,the only one at the counter I said hello with a smile, and both girls looked at me and served a lady who walked in behind me. Rude, incompetent and the one with the blonde hair was picking her teeth. Gross - glad I walked out.

Every time we order from here there is something wrong. Order a salad, get a sub. Order very particular salad in regards to dietary requirements and get salad that was meant for the other item in the order. Wrong sauce, no sauce etc. I don't even think retraining would fix the issue since it's an ongoing problem.And I doubt they comply with general food safety. Twice I have ordered from there and received meat that tasted like it should have been thrown out. It's very clear the staff don't care at all.

the staff we unpleasant and were shocking at making the subs. they had no interest with being gentle and making it properly. my subway practically fell apart when i tried to eat it. very disappointed. wont go to this store again. the subway in the aldi car park albury is still the best.

This place is a trash can. Filthy place, lousy customer service. Food is not checked, they throw patty in the bun, spinach and slices of tomatoes were 100 years old and soggy.All the bogans work here looked like they still had hangover from a night before..

That boy that was working here for years that I haven't seen for a few weeks now was the only competent subway worker in Albury. Today was the last day i'm coming here and I no longer recommend this store to anyone as every other staff member is always slow, dirty, rude and put no effort into the food they make with zero enthusiasm, very disappointed now sadly.

Worst customer care. The lady at the counter taking the order is rude while taking orders and asking to hurry up as she said we were slow. No customers but still harassing and very rude. Just giving blank stares and acting as if she is doing a favour. All she was doing was giving us stares while we ordering. Even her colleague was trying to be kind but she started giving rude answers and telling her that we were not ordering fast.Recommended never to visit this place for any one travelling to or fro from Sydney never to stop here and hopefully the subway office will look into this rude behaviour of your staff.Subway, 407 Wagga Rd in Lavington

Such a rude customer service ever I experienced at this subway , we stop for breakfast and fresh up , but public toilets was out of order and one of TM was polite and told me you can use staff toilets let me ask my manager . I totally understand its their call to offer me staff toilets or not . Other TM Amba don't know how to talk politely and say no to customer , she was rude and literally talk with so much frustration.

Absolutely disappointing in service an food.Asked for our bed toasted we got soggy bread, asked for extra meat balls was told it was going to cost extra. On 6 inch we got 3 meatballs got other 6 inch chicken classic. Took two bites to find two long hairs in my roll. Absolutely disgusting! Won’t be back. No hair net worn. Hygiene is definitely disgusting from stuff. Won’t be back.
