Ken and Mary made a difficult and sad time so much easier to go through. They organised everything from start to finish, making it possible for our family to process and grieve. Their kindness and courtesy were really appreciated!

My family had the worst experience. Not organised and a lot of short cuts. The passing of my father the prices changed due to change in manufactures. We had arranged the funeral with this company 8 months in advance when we were notified of my father's diagnosis.We chose a coffin and floral arrangements on our first appointment . Lucky I took photos of what we chose which is a habit I have when I make decisions on things to clarify later down the track, which came handy as they tried to tell me it was not discussed or included in the price .We were only told days later after my father's passing about manufacture changes which we should have been notified earlier of the changes not right at the time when we are grieving taking advantage of usOn the day of the Funeral there were no flowers no sign in book for family to write their condolences. Only one man (driver) no other person to direct family inside. They did not have anyone to hand out the programs . My close friend stepped in for this Company to hand them out.After the Funeral I rang the company twice to discuss the above issues . I have not received a return call and feel that they have no intention to discuss the poor service given.Not at all happy when I look back on the funeral service photos and video with no flowers . We were promised all the above but was given poor customer service. I would not recommend this Funeral Company to anyone.
