I had no idea artist Sarah was self taught because she is amazing. The time and detail she puts into her work along with her communication about expectations, I have to say I was impressed. Her customer service goes hand in hand with her ability. You won't go wrong with commissioning work from Sarah. She's worth what you pay for and communication more than anything is definitely strong with her. I found if you are clear about what you want you get exactly that. Definitely a life long fan of her work now.

Wanted a momento for my first d&d game and character and the mini came out beautifully. I left some of the little flourishes like decorations around the mini base up to them and they didn't disappoint. They kept me updated throughout the process, and did all they could to expedite its arrival so that it could arrive and be taken with me for the game. Would endlessly recommend.
