Complete Kitchens

They had a difficult task to ensure it work well, from the Salesman Mark to the guy that installed the Kitchen was great. The quality and the workmanship was fantastic. I will definitely use them again

The guy who installed our kitchen was really good. Getting our kickers put on and a fault fixed was a bit of a nightmare. Took over 3 months to get a proper response, tried via email and phone. The guy who put put our kickers on was really good and fixed the fault really easily. Not perfect but better than the other places we got quotes and designs from.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Wonderful design, and the kitchen was designed, crafted and installed with the greatest care. The end result is stunning and functional. Attention to detail and problem solving was outstanding. Thanks so much!

Mark is kind and understanding when it comes to your dream kitchen on your budget. He will do what it take to help you achieve what you want. Highly recommended and will definitely use Complete Kitchens in my next build!!

Used them once years ago and we’re really very happy with the result. We tried to use them again for a current project. Unfortunately they have not even bothered getting back to us with a quote, even after being followed up by us twice. I realise that everyone is busy, however just touching base to let us know they are busy would have been something. Disappointed, but it’s their $$$$ loss. They clearly don’t need the business. We have found another fantastic and very responsive company to do the job. I would recommend their workmanship, but current responsiveness is poor.

I cannot express how poor my experience was with Complete Kitchens!!It has been over a year and things still have not been rectified. I’ve had issues with bowed doors, then being replacing with more bowed doors (why you would bring replacement bowed doors back onsite is beyond me).I received lying/deceit when Complete Kitchens agreed to replace faulty drawer fronts (described as faulty by the actual supplier), but then tried to get away with just cleaning the drawers and bring them back to site, hoping I wouldn’t notice.Error on the measurements for the built in BBQ, even though I provided the BBQ specifications supplied to Complete Kitchens at the start. It took over 6 months to rectify the issue and I’m still waiting.Poor quality of workmanship and the worst customer service I’ve received in my life.Even the Owner, was like “oh well it’s getting sorted now”…no apology or no contact throughout the process.The worst experience I’ve had with a trade or supplier and for that reason I’ve been telling my family and friends NOT to use Complete Kitchens in the future and for that reason you as a potential customer as well.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and acommodating

did a complete new kitchen a couple of years ago and the whole process from start to finish was extremely well handled and organized. The finished product was top notch and after 2 years is still in excellent condition and wearing extremely well which is attributed to the quality of workmanship and materials used. We went to them from 2 of my wifes work colleagues recommendations and could not have been happier.
