I am appalled at their poor service, skills & rudeness.I took my daughter for a simple haircut. All she needed was for it to be cut straight.Not only was it not straight but she kept us waiting nearly half an hour for her initial cut and also when we came back the next day to get it fixed.Instead of fixing it, she continued to butcher it, cutting off snippets randomly without care.No apology was offered.And can you imagine how we felt when we saw the sign for $20 cuts and she charged us $40! Not only did she not wash or wet her hair but she charged double the listed price. This place should lose their licence to cut.

Scammer charged me for the color I never ask for. She had pre made solutions which she quickly applied on hair. $25 hair cut $5 wash $40 language barrier victim card.

Had a good experience here with my last few haircuts - Emily did a very nice tidy and professional job with my men’s haircut. The place isn’t flash but it’s spacious and open long hours, which is convenient. The price is pretty reasonable for a men’s haircut. Communication is basic, at least in English, but it was sufficient to get the job done.

If You are reading reviews and not deciding to go for this salon it will be the best decision you will ever make. I made a mistake not seeing reviews of people and went straight into this mess. My beautiful hair now look the ugliest and the hair dresser will not listen to your need. 27 dollars paid just to cry over my decision.No please, don't ruin your hair.

It’s for sure you get what you pay for, rushed and unprofessional service and complete lack of attention to detail. Avoid this saloon if you can! I won’t be coming here again.

I have actually been to this place not recently but several months back. Was actually a regular at Darpan's for hair cut,but one particular day, since darpan was full, so I ended up at this place. The fist thing that I noted that the lady was rude and she was in such a tearing hurry that she forgot to do the side burns, so had to remind her. I wanted to give them 2 stars, right on that day, but thought it would hurt their business and decided not to review at all. However, today, while I was walking past Emily's Hairdo, I found her screaming hysterically at her customers..some rate dispute.. Was not a pleasant sight..

I had been going there for a long time.Very up and down quality.Sometimes very good, sometimes terrible.Last time I got a colour there, it was appalling.I’ve had enough... after going there for a couple of years, I was angry the colour was so bad.She should have known better because she had been doing my hair for years.Perhaps good for ladies wash and blow dry but that’s it.Perhaps good for men. Not women.Price is cheap but you get what you pay for.

Really non responsive to client comments and needs. Will give yuou initial price and then over charge you without telling you how much the whole service will cost. If you make a criticism about her work she will agree then make an excuse for it . I was overcharged 56bucks for a half head of foils even though half of my head is shaved. Would not recommend this woman as she dfoesnt have very good styling skills

Happy Customer!Emily always does a great job with my cut and colour with great prices.I’m still happy to make the drive after moving to have my hair done with her.
