Went for pedicure. Very poor. Home set up. Girl apoeared untrained. Cut my toes twice and didnt attend to bleeding. Non sanitary tools. Girl sniffed mucus whole time then at the end waiting for polish to dry she cleaned her ears out with a cotton bud. Overall horrid experience.

I can’t go any other salons. One of my best.

I Have really bad experience with JT expecialy for mens hair cut. I visited three times so I think he knows one or two styles. If you show something new he can't do perfect one. PLEASE DON'T GO.

Took my money and did not provide the service. It was a Groupon and they claimed it then said my hair wasn’t long enough for the treatment and to come back after few months. Then said they were closed down and I lost my money. Thieves. If I could give zero stars I would. Also very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible experience!! When i arrived there was no one there to do the service i brought on groupon. I watched a lady 'chop' at a clients hair and as a result that client was upset, asked the hairdresser how are you going to fix it and the girl had no idea, she had a lost look on her face. Didn't want to offer money to help her out either!! I walked out! Also 2others walked out!! The place was dirty, the staff was were very unprofessional, one worker arrived 50min late and there was no apology.

Worst experience ever,I went for permanent straighteningThe woman there had no clue what she was doingShe stuffed up my hair, cut to much off plus it was uneven, she was on the phone too much, she went off talking to her friend 4 times while my hair was wet, than towards the end she stops only doing a quarter of straightening my hair to deal with another customer that wanted a wax (telling me she will only be 5 or 10min) so after the 10mins was up I thought to myself this is BS so I switched on the hair straightener than end up finishing off my own hair & my hair stunk really bad of strong chemicals45mins later she comes out of the waxing room seeing getting up to leave saying where am I going I told her I had to finish off my own hair, 5 hours waste my time plus u left me alone unfinished, u cut to much hair off (& tried to tell me I'm a lier it was only a little bit she cut off) than I had to wait till the owner came down to the salonSo I could leave & refusing to paying the billAn hour later I went to another hairdressers finding out that strong chemicaly smell was that she didn't wash out all the chemicals from my hair
