My partner and I bought a Cavalier from Roblyn Park Puppies. We has been looking for one for about a year (all different breeders) so we were very happy when one became available. The communication was terrible and we asked for information and pictures multiple times which was all met with deflective responses.A week before we were due to pick up our puppy I demanded a response and was told that there was a mix-up and she was a different breed! We had already taken our names off other breeder's waiting lists so we are back to square one trying to find a puppy. I am still so heartbroken.The excuse given was that one of the owners has a medical condition and was in hospital for the past two weeks which is very sad and unfortunate but it's unprofessional not to have a plan for someone to take over responsibilities at a time like that. I just wanted to share my experience to save others from the pain.
