Not much to see with the ruins... walking trails around are awesome. people with adventurous kids need to stay close due to cliffs!

The Gaol itself was interesting however it was all left to your imagination. Some information about the gaol would have been nice. There was one small sign about the gaol and it was mainly about a shipwreck. Wouldn’t recommend going unless they put some more information up about it

Pretty cool historic Gaol with ruins of buildings. Unfortunately the information board has gone, council could do with reinstating some of the info they have on their website since theres some stories of the place.Incase you're wondering...The reason the walls are so low now is in the 1940s (60 years-ish after decomission) they used the brick/rubble for road building.

Very interesting little piece of history. Super accessible and free. Car park at the site.Only a short walk to visit the obelisk tooA shame that people have gratified and damaged the historical site.

We parked here to do the coastal walk. Old ruins are okay, good to see if in the area, but the coastal walk is stunning and highly recommended.

Okay to take a look to the ruin, and you have to put up your imagination about the past ..The car road is blocked and take 3 min walk to Obelisk.If you've time, walk around the track to enjoy the scenery.

This partially restored old gaol is definitely worth a visit! It was built some time in 1860 - 1861. The ground is a bit uneven so be careful walking through there.
