The best customer service I have ever received/experienced. Cant fault this guy for turning a problem 180degrees into a solution. An outstanding review for Chris Wayne. We purchased a kitchen tap faucet. We had a plumber attempt to install it, whom we later found out is a good customer of Southern Plumbing. Long story short, there were issues with the size of the thread (35mm) when the standard thread is 32mm. The tap could not be installed. Rather than Chris automatically refunding the purchase, he took it upon himself to make phone calls to the other branch and to the plumber. Found the solution and we will have the tap installed next week at no extra cost. Thanks Chris. We can see you enjoy the challenges in your job. Mark
