He was able to provide really clear guidelines about the requirements and risks that come up when engaging people in this way. He was also able to assist us on developing a really great alternative recruitment strategy which suited our structure more than the model we had initially explored. I engaged The Common Society to help me hire my first employee - it was so amazing to have Nicholas help us with everything from salary mapping to employment contracts and guidance with superannuation. As a creative business HR is not in our wheelhouse - without TCS we wouldn't have been able to hire our new staff who start on Monday!
