Sean was a wealth of knowledge and advice and happy to discuss the ins and outs of many brands and models of treadmills at length. These guys enjoy selling what they do ! They followed up on availability and got back to me quickly as promised.Treadmill has been delivered and installed and the team were polite and professional and more than happy to position and provide a tutorial if required and take away packaging.Elite have been in the same location for a long time for a good reason, wouldn't hesitate to return again or recommend.

I first purchased a Concept 2 rowing machine from Elite Fitness about 20 years ago. I still have this machine.Recently I had some medical issues and decided to get back into the gym to improve my health, but didn't want the hassle of going to a gym (use to be a gym junky). Instead I purchase a Force USA G15 multi-functional trainer.Got prices from everyone but as usual Elite Fitness beat all contenders. Great pricing with excellent customer services makes for a happy customer.I have now purchased a Horizon 7.4 AT treadmill from Elite Fitness as well. Can't be happier.I even decked out the man cave gym area with rubber floor mats from Elite Fitness.I can't recommend the Elite Fitness team enough!

We purchased a Horizon GR7 Spin Bike in August last year. We had it installed and delivered by Stewart. He was very helpful and professional. Excellent customer services. I am very happy with my bike and use it everyday. Last week, we purchased a Force USA G12 all in one counter Balanced Smith Machine from Stewart again. He was very knowledge and provided us with very practical advice to help us to choose from a wide range of home gym sets. He was not pushy and very genuine. he is someone who actually cared about the customer’s fitness needs. Very happy with my experience from Elite Fitness and highly recommend it as a place to go to for your fitness equipment. Many thanks Alice and Peter

Excellent service from Sean, extremely knowledgeable about his products he gave me detailed but easy to follow installation and maintenance tips for my treadmill. Price was excellent and delivery service top notch. Really happy that I got a great follow up call after placing an online order. Highly recommended.
