I gave this place a second chance today despite their deplorable service last time (ignoring me and another customer waiting and serving the young man who just walked in). They did this once again today.I checked the steaks once I got in the car and was horrified by the smell of it- the meat was off and could smell it the second I opened up the bagI went inside to replace the meat we were met with an intense smell of cigarettes ?someone smoking in the back.When I mentioned the meat was off he was not phased in the slightest. Then I inspected the other bag of meat I had bought and found multiple short black curly HAIR stuck in the steak. At which point I asked for a refund. No apology and no shock at their produce they just served a customer.Absolutely disgusted and will never shop here and encourage others not to buy from here either

I love coming here. Meat is always fresh. Would have given 5 stars if they stick to what we ask for. If you ask for 1kg, they will give you almost 2kg. And it is not the first time this has happened. Every single time you go there, you end up paying for what you didn't ask for.

Meat is fresh and good quality, however every time I have been there they give me a lot more meat than I’ve asked for to make more money. If I ask for a kilo they give 1.5 which I don’t like about them
