Worked here for 2 weeks, was expected to act like a robot for the whole 2 weeks and have minimal speech in the workplace, even if it was questions about what to do in the workplace.Some of the staff is friendly, the employees are what make the company, not the staff. Treated like robots and children.Punnet management wouldn’t know how to run a simple 2 person class, rather than being in charge of a whole crew and looking after the chillies.Be careful when buying chillies from Woolworths or Coles. I worked here, I seen it for myself :)Thanks for the amazing experience, worst place I have ever worked where they underpay their workers, offer no overtime and are lied to about the hours that they work. 1/10 would NOT recommend going here to looking for a job.I would recommend Simpsons Farm, steady nice paying job with a lot friendlier staff and more understanding.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER WORKED SMELLS THE WORST AND FEELS SO CRABBY IN THE SHEDS I WOULDNT RECCOMMEND AN ENEMY TO WORK HERE AND THEY ADD PULP TO THERE ADVOCADO WHEN THEY TELL PEOPLE THEY DONT USE PULP
