Lovely service. Lovely staff very professional. The funeral home is very personal. My mums funeral was lovely with lovely staff.

We’ve just had our Mothers funeral yesterday but I couldn’t let a day go past without leaving a review for Bethel Funerals Carrum Downs, particularly Lyndal and Rod.In this time of Covid we were so worried how we could give our mother the send off she so deserved, but Lyndal and Rod ensured it was perfect. The service was more than we could’ve asked for, and we heard nothing but praise from our family and friends who could not attend but had to watch online.Thank you Bethel Funerals.

When organising my partner’s funeral with my step daughter and my partner’s brother and sister in law, the consultant asked for the family’s names including my partner’s ex wife even though they had been divorced for over twenty years. At no point did he ask for my name and I finally asked where do I come into this. He begrudgingly wrote my name after we all asked why I wasn’t being included. The only reason I can come up with for this behaviour is the fact that my partner and I weren’t legally married. Predictably enough they were more than happy to take thousands from me to pay for the funeral. He was much more cordial with at the service after my step daughter complained to head office

Losing our mother/mother-in-law/loving grandmother to our children was devastating and then we had to face the complications of a final send off due to Covid.From the very first phone call to Lyndal, the director of Bethel Funerals Carrum Downs, right through to the very last moments of saying good bye, Bethel Funerals not only eased any worries we had along the way, they went over and beyond to help us give our beloved mother/grandmother the most perfect send off beyond anything we could've dreamed of.Though many family and friends were heartbroken they couldn't say their final farewell in person, they, along with hundreds and hundreds of people from around the world were grateful for Bethels amazing live streaming service which allowed them ALL to be a part of this very special send off!'Thank You' hardly feels adequate to express the deep gratitude we have for Amanda who gave impeccable mortuary care, Rod who helped perfect the day with the physical and live stream set up and beyond and Lyndal who treated us like family from the first phone call to saying our final goodbye, ensuring every wish, request and hopes that were possible happened to perfection!From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you Bethel Funerals!
