How ridiculous it is that a post office couldn’t print the shipping label for their customers. I have to go to a computer store nearby and they charge me 1 dollar for one copy of A4 black and white print.

The actual worst staffing I've experienced at a post office. They actually go out of their way to be unhelpful. In addition, the trading hours are not accurate. The only reason I have to use this post office is when they're incompetent enough to not put my parcel in the nearby parcel locker.

Came in to get passport photos, and Laurence at the desk was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which I especially appreciated since this was my first time getting photos on my own, and for a foreign passport to boot.

Terrible customer service - the person serving me was dismissive and would barely answer my questions. As a young person finally getting proof of age, TFN, and more; I am confused about the whole process and would expect friendly service. I normally don't leave bad reviews but go to the Moreland Post Office instead.

Excellent, I had an issue with my delivery, the parcel boxes were full and my envelope/small package could not be left there. I got a call to see when I could pick them up but due to COVID their hours were also my work hours.One of the staff dropped my very small package/envelopes off. Lucky for me he lived quite close by. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond especially in this crays time for them!I know you don't hear it enough, but Thank you very much!!!

I had a really bad experience going into Australia Post to organize something personal to me one day. I was treated really bad when I was making an inquiry like as if the person didn’t even care about what I wanted, answered very angrily and moody. Better customer service would have been much appreciated. The behaviour was not acceptable m at all

Not one to typically leave a negative review but the customer service at this post office was so poor I can’t help but say something. My encounter with staff was so challenging that I hate to think of how difficult it may be for someone who is not proficient in English, has a disability, or any kind of mental illness. I understand working with the public has its challenges, because I do this in my work as well, but it’s not hard to be polite. You may even find your job is easier if you’re just kind to people who are in need of assistance, of which you are paid to provide.
