Always had great service both from their drivers and the office people tracking parcels that have been subcontracted from international or national carriers that do not deliver into the Huon area.

Whoever you let drive your branded van home via the Southern Outlet in the afternoon is one of the worst drivers I have seen. Aggressive, constantly cutting between lanes very close to other drives and speeding. Every time I've encountered the van on this highway it's been the same story. Really doesn't do anything for your company's image.

Absolutely terrible. Of the last 7 or so packages I've had with them, 2 have arrived. The rest have been returned to sender without any notice(I went to the respective depots before they were shipped back fortunately, because I pay attention to the tracking details). Of the 5 that haven't made it, 3 of them were when nobody was home (fair enough), but they did not leave a note or make any indication at all that they had tried to deliver it. They said they did but we never EVER found a note. The last 2 of the failed deliveries they said nobody was at home and they left a note,but in fact there was someone home (can't miss the car in the driveway) the whole day. I don't want to accuse them of lying and just returning to sender as soon as they get it, but it seems like that's what they are doing. Honestly, 1 star isn't low enough.

Got ran off the road by one of their drivers in 2015, still mad about it as no apology, no acknowledgement just plain rude by both male and female after being told by the police to approach them. It cost me thousands to repair my car and could have quite easily been a lot worse and gone over the steep bank. Wish I’d had a camera on the car. Wondering if it’s happened to anyone else?

I have used Kyle Transport several times. Each time they have been friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems with their service. Also, I find the price very reasonable.

Have always been great in doing urgent deliveries and pick ups for us at a super great price. Cheaper for us than leaving the farm and driving to Hobart! Tasmanian Tea Co

Didn't deliver to the house nor leave a message in the letterbox. When the company which had sent the parcel had tracked it down to be at their office they only said: oh we didn't have a phone number so we sent her a letter a week ago. What kind of delivery service is that!!! And I at the end I had to pick it up of course!

I've had orders from Toll sent to this company many many times, and every time its taken a significant number of phone call and in person visits to get my packages. Avoid at all costs - in fact, avoid Toll, as they refuse to subcontract to any other company in the area.

Awesome service. I manage an accommodation business, called these guys as I needed stock picked up urgently and within 10 minutes they picked up what I needed and delivered it the same day. Keep up the good work guys:)
