Stopped for petrol using woolworths discount fuel for shopping friendly staff

Easy access for our 24ft Motorhome and the operator was very pleasant.

Was served with a very rude lady .worst customer service.both man and woman worked there did not know anything about what is customer service .will definitely not coming back and will not recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff and prompt service.

The small petrol station is in a bit of a crowded location, compared to most others, but it makes it a nice ideal one for if your passing through the town or need to duck in. The staff are friendly and the service was good.

Service is great. Only hassle is entrance is one way and people being people park so that they use both spaces you normally can refuel. Then they take their time in the shop. Must say their fuel prices are very reliable.

this is my first time to meet this rude lady who just use very hard attitude to stop me fuel. i wont come here again. though i fuel here since i came to naracoorte.thanks god . i met a chubby nice man everytime before.

My cousin visited the store on 08/06/20 around 1PM and spent around $95, the lady at the registers was quiet rude when she handed him the reciept. She told him off for forgetting to say please. She asked him 3 times to say please in a forceful and rude way. My cousin has recently arrived in Australia and does not feel confident enough to speak English but is always smiling and never rude to anyone. The lady at the registers also said that its the rule here (Australia) to say please. Although I agree with people saying please, however you should not be rude to customers and force them to say or do anything. In my life, i have never been forced to say please whenever I forgot to do so.I then contacted the manager and he was unhelpful and rude too. This is quite upsetting and unexpected that behaviour like this still exists in this day and age. By reading the reviews, it looks like we are not the only ones who have had bad experience here.He is now quite upset due to his bad experience at this store.
