No budget accommodation for 5 people is a bit sad. $400+ per night for a family of 5 is a joke. We dont need a 3br villa nextto the pool, just a simple cabin for a couple of nights would suffice.

A very nice place to stay. Cabin were clean and spotless. Love how comfortable the bed was. A big thanks to Tammy, she was very nice to lend me her personal umbrella as she saw me running towards reception in heavy rain, she was very welcoming and very accomodating with all my requests. Definitely coming back! I’m actually booking now for my mom’s birthday.

This is one of the smallest Ingenia campsites I've stayed on but it was nice and peaceful. The swimming pool is great, jumping pillow is more of a crash pad than a pillow. Cabin is clean and modern, not bad although a lack of some simple things like a long handled broom, mop etc to clean your place. It also lacks things like hanging space or even a clothes airer. The small bedroom has nowhere to put your belongings other than the floor - no shelves, hooks etc. Same in the bathroom, in a cabin for 4 people there is nowhere to hang your wet towels. I'm always irritated when a cabin sleeps 4 only has a sofa big enough for 2.The main bedroom has a wardrobe but only 4 coat hangers so really the place needs some additional basic amenities. Not bad for a short stay, we are visiting family and wouldn't chose to stay here otherwise. WIFI was useless. The shared BBQ area is disgusting and the BBQ filthy.

Went with a bunch of friends, and stayed in a cabin for a festival that was at the Hope Estate. Lovely & clean. The pool & spa were amazing for the next day especially. One slight inconvenience & was offered compensation which I declined as I didn't feel it was needed. The staff were super lovely!

Great for families doing a short trip in the area. Villas are small but have all you need for a family and Air conditioned. Pool and jumping pillow/ sandpit were excellent and very close proximity to the villas. Would recommend for visits to Hunter Valley zoo.

The bed was not comfortable to sleep in. There was only 1 power point in the bedroom and no air conditioning and got colder during the night no heating in the bedroom. Could've been better if we had an AC in the bedroom

Very amazing family holiday place.Newly renovated property with all the good.Resort level amenities at great price.They have 2-3 pools, kids jumping pillory, spa, bbq, play area etc.Walking distance from shopping village. Loved the customer service and cleanliness too

Stayed for a wedding at the weekend . 3 women in a budget cabin. Was rather difficult all trying to put makeup on with only 1 small mirror in bathroom. Cabin needs a full length mirror possibly in main bedroom. Bathroom has no storage area for toiletries, shelves would be very helpful above toilet . Windows definitely need cleaning and fridge needs defrosting.These are very simple things to improve comfort.Saying all that, we will be back as it is a lovely park and convenient to most areas of interest.
