Terry did a really great job of cleaning our carpets before we moved in and also gave us good counsel on the quality of our carpets and how best to look after them in the future. Flexible and efficient, I would recommend Waratah without hesitation.

Terry was great to deal with and did a fabulous job on our carpets in our house. The carpets were water damaged by a previous tenant and had some marks from different things. Terry is exceptional.We first met Terry when we were housesitting and the dog had a bloody diarrhoea accident. He was honest about what he could do and said he couldn’t promise it would all come out. It was 100x better than I could have imagined and without knowing something had happened in that spot, the mark is almost invisible.His knowledge of the fibres of the carpet and how to clean it was exceptional.Terry than cleaned a leather sofa that we own.
