Seaford Dental Clinic

Came here for a clean 2 weeks ago and the dentist, Dr Iain Poi, was professional, skillful, and helpful. The receptionist was also warm and friendly. A good practice that I would recommend if you're looking for a dental clinic that's welcoming and puts your wellbeing first.

While I have no doubt that the dentist that work in this practice are good at their jobs the same cannot be said of the owner of the business as it appears that they think outside contractors do not need to be paid for services they provide. I as a person who has provided the denture required in a short space of time has now been chasing payment for the goods and my services for 9 months without any response to the numerous reminders that have been sent. If I was a vindictive person I would suggest to any new patients to have their treatment done and inform the surgery that you will pay in 12 months time, this however is not fair to the actual dentist doing the work. It does however show the contempt the owner views anyone they consider lower than them. I would encourage all patients to avoid this dental clinic. Norah LIM

The girls recently took care of my mums new teeth. The whole process was made smoothly and efficient from start to finish and the girls are lovely to deal with as well. They even were understanding of me chopping and changing appoint times even at the last minute. Highly recommend.Thanks Maria and MichelleMichael Bateman / Susie Bateman

Hi guys, better understand your teeth price before heading there. The receptionist almost charged me over $45 over the initial price that was discussed with the dentist. Also, better to know if there is any additional prices while doing your teeth. The good thing is the dentist technician and assistant are ok.

Mum (82 & has Alzheimer's) had top dentures remade in August 2020 - with the previous technical staff (and after 2 attempts) this task still wasn't completed by Christmas. BUT I'm please to say with a completely NEW team on board for 2022 this got sorted in 3 weeks. The new Denture Prosthetist(Maria) is excellent, really know what she is doing, she was caring to my Mum's situation. The front staff/assistants Shelly and Michelle are Great. All super friendly and really helpful.Thank you ladies for really caring and getting this task completed for my Mum. We really appreciate how much you cared and how attentive you were to get this completed successfully asap.A really Special Thanks to Maria. Good luck with everything.**** Defiantly recommend now you have a whole new team working there.

Absolutely the best. I lost my denture over the weekend, called Seaford Dental on Monday morning and they booked me in that day. On top of that, the technician made me a new denture within hours. I bring my kids here as well and I have been so impressed with the service and the staff. Especially the staff. I would not go anywhere else. They are fantastic.

My Mum recently had her dentures made here and She's happy about it! Mum is now able to eat solid food without her dentures falling off. Staff were so helpful and professional, they explained everything and pretty straight forward on what their client really needs. Highly recommended and for sure we will come back for my Dad's dentures.

As a first-time patient looking for a general clean-up and fluoride treatment, my experience was nothing but positive for this small dental clinic. The lovely receptionist Kelly and the dentist were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the whole appointment. Would recommend!

Couldn't be happier with the work I had done at Seaford Dental Clinic. The attention to detail and care from my Dentist Maria was beyond my expectation. I felt like I should have been charged a lot more and I feel that elsewhere I would have been, probably double. Maria is clearly devoted to her profession and to doing quality work and in my opinion and experience would never consider shortcuts even in the busiest of times. True professional, highly recommend.

My husband and I went for a check up and clean I must admit I am not the easiest of patients as I have had trauma as a child with dental work. Dr. Chandni was exceptional she has very light hands and Michelle was an an excellent nurse. Both ladies were very caring and considerate of my past experience. My teeth have also never felt so clean. Thank you ladies will definitely be staying on for future check ups with you all and referring friends and family.
