Paid deposit Nov 2022, no answer on phone or reply, emails bounce back. Waiting to see what will happen to getting deposit back or something by at least.

Excellent sales and installation team. Very reasonable price.Sales team is really informative. They explained clearly how the system worked, as well as the entire process, including effectively contacting the electricity company. They shared many tips of these steps.I was impressed by the initial system setup planning they offered. The proposal took the shading of my roof into account for the estimated monthly solar performance histogram. The data they provided is much more convincing compare to any other solar company I had inquired. I was struggling with whether it is worth to have the solar system in my place, but their proposal helped me to make up my mind.Their own installation team is very professional as well. I raised my concerns around the roof leakage and drainage when they came on site. They proposed the improvement on the details of settling the cable. They explained that how it would mitigate any potential roof drainage risk. After that, they also shared many pictures of my roof with the solar system for assurance.Overall, I am very satisfied with the new solar system. I would recommend this solar company to my friends.

Very happy with the whole process from the beginning to the end; I was the third party , organising , paying etc. for my son and his wife, Good communication; kept to the time frame and working within a specific time request. Also very good price compared to other quotes. Drove to my workplace to allow me to pay with a credit card. Now everyone looks forward to a cheaper account

Brilliant. Slight issue with the software which is not Renergetic’s fault but they persisted and overcame the issue, even until late into the night.Really quick install and good people to work with. I’ll be adding more modules onto the battery soon.Ray.

DO NOT USE THEM. The worst service ever. They kept promising me the things that they knew it’s a lie.Totally waste of a time. I would give a negative score if google allows me to do so.

BAD My elderly family members purchased a solar system from lake haven shopping centre pop up stand paid the deposit last August 2022. From renergetic group.However, no such system or install to date and they will not answer anyone’s calls. Very disappointed.

Quote received and downpayment made in November 2022. To date no installation and renegetic does not repond to emails and renegetic not answer the phone. Very bad experience and now we have to see how we can get the payment refunded.

SCAM! After I signed and paid deposit Oct 2022. Not hear from the company, and after a long chase , I got send an installation date Sunday 22/1/23(3 mths later) but no show, no call, not even pick up my call. If you are on the same boat, take them to department of Fair Trading.
