I paid $2600 to do my house and roof. It took 2 men a full day. The job was to include a canvas awning but was not to not include the timber decks. They did the decks regardless and removed the decking oil from large sections. Clearly some cleanup was required but in large sections the oil was completely stripped. A costly and time consuming repair.They did not do the canvas awning at all. Apologised for the deck but no offer to fix or discount and refused to come back to do the awning as it wasn't detailed in the quote despite being accepted verbally. Beyond these two issues they did a good job.

I own a window cleaning business and one of my customers asked me to organise some work which was beyond the scope of our services. After another company performed a disappearing act we were stuck and needed someone fast. Kevin from Waterworks replied to my email on the weekend and was able to fit us in on the Monday.
