It wouldn't hurt letting in lasts minute clients on Sunday evening as a simple favour, but not letting enter anyone even 5 minutes BEFORE closure time is actually mean and unprofessional.

0nly a 3 star from me. Good central location, easy access and a great product jnventory. However, really overpriced, much cheaper back towards the coast by as much as 20% on a lot of items.

It's Okay For The Only Grocery Shop Within 150Km. The Prices Have Gotten Really High In The Last Year Or So Especially During The Global Covid-19 Pandemic, Unfortunately For People That Live Rurally Have No Choice But To Pay The Expensive Price's Because It's The Only Place That We Can Buy Groceries Locally. But They Have Great Customer Service & Fantastic Staff & They're Always Ready To Help You If You Need It

Have been shopping here for last 6 years for a few essential items only and getting pretty tired of the very and consistently unfriendly staff. Most times I'm saying hello and goodbye at the checkouts with very little acknowledgement from staff serving at the checkouts. Customer service from the younger checkout staff is terrible. Would suggest some basic training for checkout staff.

Outrageous pricing . Good range . Seriously needs some competition in this town . 30% dearer than Brisbane on some products and 50% more expensive on everything else .

Jumped on the bike from the southern end of the Gold Coast.. ended up at Kilcoy.. great meal at the pub..got the last room at a motel, had to get supplies, the girl at the Deli in this IGA was extremely helpful..nothing was too kuch trouble. The place is clean and the staff are polite...Thank you IGA.
