Our sales lady was very helpful. She listened to our needs and offered us a great option to suit our budget. The mattress is comfortable. We do need new pillows as we used to a have soft mattress that was better with lower pillows.The delivery was within good timeframe. They kindly took away our old mattress, which would been a headache for us if we had to arrange someone else for removal.

I bought the latex mattress topper in the hope to save my new mattress which was too firm even though I bought an ultra plush mattress I was waking up stiff and sore with severe headaches again. For years I’ve bought mattresses and couldn’t sleep on them without severe pain. I’ve had fibromyalgia but improved wity the right mattress. The only solution that was working for me was two mattresses on top of a base which was insanely high! I kept trying for a solution. I bought a memory foam topper which made my bed worse it was really hard. I saw the reviews for this topper and crossed my fingers it would work for me. I’m so pleased I did! I’m finally after years of searching for mattresses - able to sleep! Not only that I love getting into bed and don’t get any pain or headaches , it’s so plush just how I like my bed. Based on my experience I’m planning to save up for the latex mattress next. I love this product!

Very pleasant experience visiting the shop in James Street. Great service from Jacqui who was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Initially bought two Latex pillows and subsequently bought new mattresses the same day. The pillows and mattresses are excellent. Very happy to support a Queensland based family business that manufactures their mattresses and pillows in Queensland.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience purchasing from Latex Mattress Australia, and our new mattress + base is by far the most comfortable bed we've ever had.We visited the New Farm store a couple times to try out different beds and see if a latex mattress was a good choice. The store was easy to find and had a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. Both visits were a lot of fun because Melissa was there cracking jokes while also answering every question with sincerity. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and we left feeling confident we picked the right bed!!And we were right! Each night since we got our new mattress we've noticed the improved quality of sleep. Can't wait for many more years of comfort and restful sleep. Highly recommend this business and these latex mattresses!

Purchased the pure support king size mattress not too long ago and could not be any happier. Very comfortable and our sleep has significantly improve. Although a bit pricey the quality speaks for itself. Investment is worth every penny. We needed a new mattress urgently and the team at the New Farm branch helped fast track our order and we got it within days. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality product.

Latex material is amazing but there is no soft option in the mattress I bought and is way too hard. No one in my family could use it :( Pillows are amazing and I really like the subtle smell of natural rubber instead of synthetics

We purchased a pure indulgence mattress after a long search. If you want an adjustable bed, then the choice comes down to tempur or latex. After having had a latex mattress for 20 years we decided to return to this durable product. The pure indulgence mattress is beautifully comfortable with 3 separate layers. Soft/firm/soft. Each in their own silk pocket enabling the bed to be turned and layers changed if required in the future. The adjustable base makes this a very functional and comfortable bed with individual adjustment for us both. We are very satisfied with the purchase. Debbie at the Newfarm showroom was knowledgeable and helpful with a gentle friendly manner. We never felt under any pressure to purchase, but so glad we did. Looking forward to another comfy 20 years from latex.

Following a great deal of research we purchased our 2 latex king singles as I was looking for all night comfort due to a medical condition.The option to raise the lower the bed has been amazing and I can honestly say it has been an excellent decision.Point of sale advice and following up customer service has been the bonus to our wonderful experience.
