Redlands Pest Control have been looking after our pest control for 6 years. We are cockroach-phobic and had a major infestation when we first moved into our home. We have not had any issues at all since Gavin first came to our home and cleared out the infestation. Gavin has been coming to our home on an annual basis and we find him pleasant to talk to and provides us with excellent service.

From the moment I contacted Awi he listened to our needs and was very informative. He was happy to listen and take the time to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had.Our treatment was completed methodically, thoroughly and he conducted a follow up to ensure we were 100% satisfied. Nothing was ever an issue, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Just had the Termidor perimeter treatment undertaken by Redlands Pest Control. I really appreciate the manner in which the drill holes were placed and the colour of the plugs. It’s actually hard to even see unless you really look for them. I was expecting something more obvious, but I am now pleasantly surprised.
