Went in for a working with children’s check after carefully looking on the auspost website what documents I needed to take with me. Went in and had a lady try and convince me that these points of ID weren’t enough because she simply couldn’t be bothered doing it. Not to mention her sour attitude. Clearly had a power-complex over the younger staff working there.

horrible attitude and lack of customer service skills. I think it's time Aust Post head office start making some improvements, it's bad enough that their deliveries aren't up to scratch, I don't think they can afford to have customers service officers with low customer service skills.

Take time off work to collect a parcel. Staff scans QR code and gives incorrect parcel. Now have to take another day off work to fix their mistake. Wonderful. Automation cannot come soon enough

I actually love the staff at this post store. They are fun and unique. In particular there are a couple of ladies (one who calls you Darl - she’s fabulous ) and an Asian gentleman who are just so lovely funny and have the best vibes. Super chill and helpful.

There's two staff we have dealt with who have been phenomenal. One had helped take my passport photo and the other tried to help with what points of ID I need for a new passport application. Because all my belongings were stolen, I barely had anything but they tried to help me where they could and were very informative of the entire process. We appreciate how friendly they are even when they're so busy all the time. Good job!
