We had Royal Touch service our 4 AC units in May 2020,. They were recommended by a friend and we were so unbelievably happy with the service that we booked them for a replacement AC on 6th June 2020. The director of the business is very responsible person. He kept his promise still came to help us with part replacement even he has an unforeseen urgency matter that day ! During the whole process, he was very patient , explained to us in details about which part faulty of our air conditioner and helped us to replace it in a professional manner.
