Super friendly and very knowledgeable group of guys, I turned up 1 minute before closing to pick up the car, and John(?) still took the time to do a walk around and talk me through any issues and things to look out for in the future. Would highly recommend!

John went out of his way to help me and when I called in panicked that my car would stop working in 500km he came in early to have a look at my car. Land rover basically told me to be so sad, we don't have room to see you car till the end of July. John's service was incredible compared to land rover. Will be using him from now on. Mel

Well, totally opposite experience from what my wife had over the phone, my wife said they were friendly and helpful, made a booking for the following day at 1.30pm, I arrived to drop vehicle off, i noticed the staff sitting facing me having lunch and i was signalled to go to them, the lady owner was sitting down eating looked at me and asked what i wanted, no expression and i was clearly interrupting, i said i had a booking for 1.30pm and she said it cant be because they where fully booked, at this stage i had enough and said they were a friendly bunch and when they found that i had a booking after lunch then don't call me. This is a shame as it is no reflection on their mechanical capabilities but their poor service skills and especially from the owner! In their defence, one of the young men walked over and tried to save the situation and was very friendly but the owner clearly could not be bothered , so i will not be parting with my money here, and its not just today you lost out with me its my entire service repair life of the vehicle. :(

Best Land Rover Mechanics in South East Queensland. I wouldn't take mine anywhere else. They provide honest and trustworthy advice and provide the best care for your vehicle. Rick has a wealth of knowledge of anything Land Rover but is also across other 4x4 makes and models.

I've never come across a more professional organisation. Debbie, Rick, John, and Anita provided information like Ive never experienced. A week before xmas I went in with my truck sounding like a broken chainsaw. They were so busy. Rick had me pull the truck into the carpark and pop the bonnet. He said he was super busy but will check out the sound for me at no cost. He spent twenty minutes before saying he could squeeze me in on Thursday, two days time. I took it in and they went straight to work. They constantly updated me with how it was going and filled me in on everything I needed to know about my truck. After fixing it John took the time, again I have to add how busy they were, john still took the time to explain to me what had happened and how they fixed it. They are honest, they are professional- down and out they are just simply passionate and complete when it comes to working with 4x4's. I cannot thank Debbie, John, Rick and the team enough for their help with my Landrover yesterday. I drove it straight there after leaving the actual dealership with a very hefty quote and they were able to squeeze me in on the day and saved me thousands. I just wish I had of known about them years ago! Please do yourself a favour and entrust your Landrover with Ricks4WD centre, they really are so genuine and caring. I wont be going anywhere else from now on.
