Star Car Wash - Canberra Outlet Centre

I had the full detail done and was really happy with the work.I was actually shocked at how clean they were able to get the interior.They also took my car without a booking and had it ready before the ETA.A bit on the pricey side, but not bad value for the convenience and level of detail.

The service was quick and great attention to detail was taken, inside and out, with my first experience with Star Car Wash. I will definitely recommend them and be going again.

Well to say I’m impressed is an understatement the guys at star car wash Fyshwick outlet center had there work cut out for them.I pulled up in my Toyota 4wd that we took away camping last year , red dirt and all and asked for a full detail inside out and wow they are good my car looks n smells 100 times better . The detail these guys have put in to my car to wiping down inside doors and conditioning even the hard spots to get to I couldn’t ask for a better experience I’m so happy with the service from the team and what they have done for me can highly recommend going there you won’t be upset with the out come. My car was still dirty after 2 hours. The interior was not vaccumed properly at all and external left bird droppings on my car. The basement is really dark so I couldn't see it until I left. I felt very ripped off. I would not recommend this business. I had to go home and redo the entire interior. A $10 drive through would have been better the $45 I spent.

Today i took my car (which is only a few months old) in to be washed on the outside & upon returning i looked over the car as they tell you to & I called them back over as i was not happy with the clenliness of the car. They had left smudges on the bonnet & most panels. There was still dirt on the car in places that they had missed & the grill looked like it had not been done. I asked to speak to the manager who came over & told me that they had done a wonderful job & that it was all stone chips, yes i undersatnd what stone chips are & that they occur on every car but this was deffinatley not the case. After going over the car with him he told me that he would not give even a partial refund because he had bills to pay & that i had paid for a wash on the outside of the car & that is what i got. I am extremely disapointed with the quality of the work provided by this particular branch of Star Car Wash & will be talking to head office in regards to the way I was spoken to & lack of professionalism.Posted this originally 5 months ago & contacted H/O via email asking for them to contact me & still nothing.......

Sadly a poor experience 2 out of 2 times - first car went in for a wash and still had hundreds of bugs on the front bumper. Gave them another chance to polish my jeep, the wheels were not even washed, nor was the B pillar or sills washed let alone polished - waste of $110. Tried to call but phone rang out 3 separate times. So its a one star from me - dont bother taking your car there. They are the closest to me, I needed to use them every month for two vehicles - I wish they had done a better job. I will have to go elsewhere.

Fantastic service, highly recommended.Star carwash cleaned the Kluger so throughly.Taken with care like they are cleaning their own car!Will definitely come again.

Was pleasantly surprised by the services offered. Had an exterior and interior clean and the results were good. Overall I would use them again. Staff friendly and helpful.

Got one of the more expensive washes. I picked my car up and seemed fine. Once I was in the sun I could see the dash wasn't wiped done properly and the interior wasn't a great job. Once I got home I called them. They asked why I didn't say anything when I picked it up, I told them I didn't notice until I was in the sun. They got the manager to call me, all he said was bring it back and we will fix it. I'm not sure why I would have to talk to a manager to finish the job they were paid to do.
