Great experience here. Walked in at 1:15pm asking for a new battery and a bloke to replace it and the older fella with a great looking mo (I didn't catch his name) had a look at my car, showed me the compatible batteries and had it all installed and tested by 1:35. No hassle, no fitting fee.Amazing service, definitely going back and will be recommending this store to everyone I come across that needs a new battery.

Extremely helpful and friendly service. Had a new battery installed within 10 minutes of arrival. Offered a range of batteries to choose from, advising on the benefits of each. Very competitive pricing and no extra charge for battery removal and install.Very happy with service and no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

The team is very customer and service driven. Walk in and there will always be someone to come up to assist you. Rain of shine they will take their test and tool kit and get you sorted in a very professional manner.

Would not recommend and will never go back. Was referred to this store by another after my battery(still under warranty) needed replacing. The other store didn’t have my battery in stock so gave me the print out from testing and sent me to Browns Plains where they had put one aside for me. Craig reluctantly served me, and is the rudest person I have dealt with in a long while. Wouldn’t replace the battery today. He was garbling on about having to send it away for testing, but not actually explaining the process properly. Upon calling another store the problem was immediately resolved, sent them my test results from the previous test, they told me to come straight over and I now have a replacement battery fitted to my car without all the added drama.Also witnessed Craig being rude to a staff member who was trying to tell him that the replacement was already approved. Got the feeling it was too much work for Craig to be doing warranty claims, he seemed bothered from the moment I walked into the store, and was snappy and rude from the get go.

Highly recommend as they were able to assist me straight away and provided a replacement battery which was still under warranty. Incredibly helpful and polite.
