H&R Block

They did a good job of preparing my return. Unfortunately, a week after completing my return, my ATO portal said that my return had not been lodged. When I called to question why my return had not been lodged, I was told that it's normal for it to take up to 5 business days. So, I waited another week - still not lodged. I called back a full 2 weeks after my appointment for them to tell me it was an internal error and that they would 'try' and lodge it today. I purposely made an appointment early to try and beat the rush this year and now my return has been lodged far later than I originally planned, causing my return to potentially be delayed even further. I'm happy to pay the premium H&R Block price to have my return completed, but I expect a premium service and unfortunately, you have not delivered this year. I'm undecided on whether or not I will return next year.TL:DR - If you would like your return processed quickly, go elsewhere.

The service was excellent. Most of our tax work was already done when we arrived. Great preparation.Great presentation. Very happy with the results.

The staff were friendly and professional. I was welcomed when I walked in and told my agent wouldn't be long.

This is the most pathetic and dangerous place to lodge any tax affairs with the ATO. The so-called tax agents in this office are very efficient in sending bills. However, they provide no service, results or customer communications. Be very careful if you contemplate using H&R Block for your tax or accounting services.
