The six of us went there today and asked if they had vegan options which the man behind the counter replied “NO!” He repeated this loud stern no as if we were his kids asking for more ice cream. He glared at me and began to shake in anticipation of an argument. Nope, I couldn’t be bothered to educate his narrow minded and rude arrogance.

A lunch time tasty refresher. The 'Assorted Sushi' was light, bright, firm, shiny, not greasy or wet and clean tasting, a work of art on the tray, perfect. Well done Sushi Hub.

I suppose you could call me a sushi connoisseur, I go far and wide in search of the best sushi. I've had sushi in some of the finest Japanese restaurants across the globe. NOTHING comes close to how good these guys sushi is. I buy from here at least 3 times per week. I LOVE it. Can't get enough of it! YUUUUUMMMMM!!!!

Pretty solid. I get disappointed when my roll looks full of chicken at the top, flip that bad boy over to find he's looking very sad at the other end. Funnily enough it's always the full end presented upwards in the window. Always fresh and pretty tasty. Reasonably priced at ~$3.20 per Moki roll. If the rolls were always consistent all the way through i.e. full all the way through I'd give a 5. I will write another review soon with photos. Great to have a sushi bar in HC and such a great location in the centre of the shopping complex.

Paying a premium sushi train price I'd want my tuna, spicy tuna and spicy chicken to all taste different but they didn't, no flavour just mush.Quality over quantity

They have a great selection of sushi unlike many other sushi places near here. Service isn't very friendly but the sushi makes up for it. I like how they restock their sushi whereas other places just sells what they have and don't bother making any more.

really great. massive rolls that cost the same as the tiny rolls you get at other places. fresh ingredients. chicken avocado roll and the seafood salad pack are my favourite menu items. the sauce in the salad pack is delicious

Good sushi but price has been upped by 60 cents in the last 6 months which is simply unacceptable. Should not be paying $4 for one roll of sushi.
