Cannot recommend Love and the team from DB Ingle Farm! Very professional and friendly. My regular clinic for eyebrows and waxing. 5 stars

This afternoon I attended as my usual beauty therapist was unavailable and I seen they offer multiple different waxing services.I asked the lady if she would be happy to wax my eyebrows and do a xxx wax as it was listed on there services. She said yes and we proceeded.She tried leaving the door open while she completed the xxx wax as she was the only staff member there, I advised I will go elsewhere as I am not comfortable with this. She advised she will close it and we continued.The wax was well to hot, she had used excess wax with a poor wax removal technique (moreof a dabbing motion then the professional removal of having the strip pulled off in the opposite direction to the hair growth) which has caused much discomfort and irritation. She then had me remove the disposable g-string some time into the service as it was getting covered in wax and in the way due to her inexperienced technique and excess use of wax.I am now burnt and have been left with extreme irritation as a result.My brows were done reasonably well, however the xxx was unprofessional and the most horrific experience I have ever had in my many years of being waxed.If i wasn’t made to feel so uncomfortable I would have left and refused to pay for the service.I understand they specialise in eyebrows, however if the staff are not correctly trained or not trained at all they should not be offering this is a service. I would’ve had no problem if the lady advised me she was not trained to do it and could only do my eyebrows or to rebook with an experienced wax therapist.

Excellent service and very focused on ensuring that I was comfortable and the staff member Love was so thoughtful and caring during the service. Will definitely be coming back again

Had my Eyebrows threaded by a girl named Love. She was great. Made my brows look super clean and sharp. Threading always hurts for me but she was very patient which was nice.

HiToday i was done my threading from unprofessional girl who even didn’t know how to work with thread... she make my one eyebrow bigger and other smaller ... they charge 45 dollars for eyebrow upperlips and forehead but really believe me they even not done 5 dollar job... really really disappointed ...

Terrible experience with girl today, Tuesday. Told her my name Liz’. my regular girl was not there. She completely ruined my eyebrows, was rude and very rough. I have before and after pictures to show. She was unapologetic and rude, tried to blame me for the outcome after she realised she messed up. Will no longer go back.

Today I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady took off the beginning of my eyebrow. Making my eyebrows very uneven for an event I have coming up. She tried to hid the mistake by colouring it in. During the appointment she did not let me know or even give me the mirror to see. I am very upset as she did not tell me and tried to hide her mistake. I was charged full price, for her mistake and was not compensated. I am I loyal customer and have recommended this place to friends and family but I will not be coming back and telling my people not to come to this place.
