Excellent customer services and still open for service on Christmas Day which provide great convenience to tourists. They serve the best Vietnamese crackling pork roll I ever tasted. I like the freshness and authenticity. The salad bowl is also very yummy and big portion. As a tourist from Melbourne I am surprised there is wonderful gem of Asian cuisine here.

So glad I stopped in to Hot Bread! Nice surprise on my way back to Melbourne. I went in looking for a pie but left with the best crispy pork Banh Mi I reckon I have ever had. Plenty of juicy pork, crispy pork and all the trimmings on a crusty roll. The addition of some pickled veg was a treat!

Plenty of enticing options to select from off the board or behind the glass. The young man serving me was efficient and respectful. I quite liked their Vietnamese Pork Roll. Note, their appears to be new owners so some of the older reviews may be less relevant.

Visiting for 2 nights from Warrnambool. I felt like a Vietnamese Pork Roll. Googled it, checked reviews & Hot Bread had rave reviews on how good these roll are so that's where I went & that's what I bought. Not cheap at $9 but the reviews were so good. Best ever, Fantastic, went back the following day, etc...... to all those people, you need to get out more. This was by far the worst pork roll I have ever had..... & I've had a lot.My main complaint was it was ery dry. The meat..... & there was a lot of meat.... probably double what you would expect but it ws also 3:45pm on a Saturday & they close at 4pm. My guess is that the meat had been under the heat lamps a little too long. The bread rolls had dried out a little too & there wasn't enough salad to offset the meat & bread.I struggled to get enough moisture to swallow & it went n the bin before I made it half way through. Sorry guys but you failed on this occasion.

Egg and bacon rolls felt and tasted like they had sat in the bainmarie for about 2 weeks

Get the roast pork roll at 10 in the morning. You've earned it.
