Be cautious with this mechanic guys! To cut a long story short I have been taking my car to this mechanic for 4 years and thought everything was fine up until my car seized and an independent examination came up with the results that a non synthetic oil from China was being used and all parts that had been used in his services are of the cheapest and worst quality.Craig may seem like a nice chap the same with Colleen but they are scum of the earth!! Stay well away and if you have been getting your car serviced by him, take it elsewhere and ask them to review what has been used in the car I guarantee you will not be happy!

Only minor work but fitted the job in despite being booked solid because it was a braking issue. I have no complaints at all at his quality of service.Craig was easy to deal with, straight talking, and genuine. Have more work through Hillsmeade in a few weeks so will see how we go, but right now I have no concerns whatsoever about thinking of him as my local mechanic.

Hillsmeade performed a Pre Purchase Inspection on a car I was looking to buy. Their service was excellent and pricing was very reasonable and very good value.Craig who I spoke to provided a prompt verbal report and took time to answer all my questions patiently. He also provided prompt estimates for repairs. Highly recommended.

Both Craig and Colleen make everyone feel like a valued customer, rarely do you find businesses that actually listen to their customers and run a fair business these days. Have been back for both routine service and emergency repairs after break down on a different car. Always impress me with their integrity and excellent value for money spent. These guys were absolutely fantastic to deal with and really know there stuff. I was recommended here as my car was going something odd and three mechanics weren't able to figure it out. They did immediately. Would highly recommend, and extremely well priced for the work they had to do on my car.
