PRDnationwide Coffs Harbour was a pleasure to deal with. When looking to list our property. We weren't ready for another month but they were more than happy to help with an appraisal so we could get an idea of how much our property was worth. After the great service we decided to list with them and they sold our house in a timely manner and got us over the asking price.

Sean Sean Sean! So transparent with a sale, highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Unlike other agents he is a blessing to deal with. Agents by law are able to disclose current offers made on properties, most agents in coffs harbour won't tell a purchaser what someone has offered making it extremely difficult to deal with purchasing the property. Sean is upfront making a vendors sale easy for purchasers to secure a property (he doesn't play games) this ensures the buyer gets the best price and allows the purchaser to feel respected. So many agents have said ''its illegal to disclose offers. actually its not

Rude and dishonest property managers brings belief!Happy to take your money but don't even post out inspection notices as required by LAW! Rather turn up and say 'that's happened to nearly everybody today'. WILL NOT assist with disputes with neighbours under the same real estate!But when they represent an owner who could only be described as an equally dishonest slumlord what can you expect?To this day whenever I see the word 'Elite' attached to a business I keep walking!1 star because there is no -rating available!!Even they're property managers don't stay long!!!!!
