Kaiser Automotive Repairs

My front passenger window assembly on my Volvo XC90 broke 4.30pm on my way home from work on the motorway leaving the glass hanging procariously in the door at 90 degrees to its normal position.I quick call to Kaiser Automotive and James and his team waited back until i got there and secured the window for the night.Fitted me in first up the next morning and completed the repairs.Good old fashion service from a very experienced mechanical team with full in house capabilities.Would highly recommend.

I guess the reviews on here know the owners personally. Today I was 2 hours from home and being wheelchair bound had a major fuel leak with fuel pouring out. We managed to get to the closest mechanics which happened to be Kaiser. As soon as we pulled up the lady came storming out of the office. My son tried to explain to her but she wasn’t interested in listening, obviously I couldn’t exit the car so asked if she could come over and she basically said it’s not my problem and that she has 2 mechanics there the boss was away and that they are costing her $110 an hour. I explained money wasn’t an object we didn’t expect anything for free and were prepared to wait. I asked did she know if it was safe to drive to which she answered “How do I know, I’m not a mechanic” there was one of her mechanics stood a few steps away. The best thing she did was refer us to Mark and Jo’s mechanics who went out of their way to assist, even offering us a ride back to Toowoomba and a wheelchair accessible taxi.

I can't recommend the team at Kaiser's highly enough! They went above & beyond to accommodate my every request in order to help me get my vehicle ready for sale. Extremely thorough & professional. Local service at its best!
