Rod and the team were extremely professional, it’s hard to come by any mechanic you can trust not to use your car as an opportunity to overcharge. Rod comes highly experienced and with his knowledge was able to identify the problem with my car by process of elimination. Great at keeping me informed along the way to provide detailed explanation so that I was able to make informed decisions: drove away with my car like new, thankful to the team and will be using them for my go to from now on!

We have previously used this business for tyres and wheel alignment / balancing. I booked my vehicle in for a puncture repair, to which I was told the tyre was unrepairable and I actually needed 4 need tyres totalling $2800. I took my vehicle to another business in the area who repaired the puncture and advised that I only needed front tyres, my rear tyres had 8000-10,000kms left on them. Beware.

Not entirely sure how one fails to carry out a wheel alignment when the machine does all the work. Steering is out of whack as a result. Now I have to waste more time and money taking it to someone else to rectify the issue. I have zero trust and interest in taking it back to these bunch of amateurs.Most disappointing thing is that I have always used Bridgestone for my tyres and will now consider looking elsewhere for new tyres for both of my vehicles.

Finally found an auto service centre that will charge a basic rate for a basic service. The set price given was simply just that - set. My usual dealership centre was going to charge me just under $400 !! No Thanks!! Thank-You to Rod and the team who were effortlessly proficient and with polite professionalism proving that these valves does exist on the Gold Coast.

Very good tyre replacement experience, although I am sure they do car service as well. Straight forward easy to deal with, they ordered the tyre over night. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Would have given five stars if they put back the spare tyre and tools back where they belong.

Pathetic customer service - told my girlfriend her car would be in for one week, 4 weeks later her car was still in the shop and they came up with every excuse under the sun as to why there were delays. After calling to tell them I was prepared to have the car towed out of their shop, all of a sudden the part had magically arrived and ready for pickup the next day. Typical large franchise looking to take advantage of female clientele who don’t know better. You’re better off finding a small family owned business who care about their reputation.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They promptly took my order for a tyre and completed the installation within 2 hours.

Had my front break pad and rotors replaced here. Pricing wasn’t that competitive at $600 and car was given at 8am and was ready at 2:45pm. However, when I was given the car back on my front rims I had a random black plastic valve cap and my other one was missing. When asking about this I was told that they must have come in like that and there was no way they did anything. This is highly unlikely as I checked that morning and saw the original metal valves were on there and it was only the front ones (the part they worked on) which were missing and the rear ones were perfectly fine. When calling back the next day about it, I was told that they are believing the mechanics word over mine and can’t do anything, basically they are lost forever. They tried offering some Bridgestone valve caps instead of just replacing the original ones that were clearly lost or misplaced by the carelessness of the staff. Very disappointing and honestly unprofessional. Will not be coming back again.

Very good service indeed, needed two rare tyres brought up from nsw, had them on in 48hrs. Always go back for these guys
