In short a great team they showed up on time, there service is professional they did builder cleaning for me in very reasonable price and what so ever they committed they performed it with professionalism. They got a very coopearting staff. In short one can perfectly say thay this company is delivering what so ever thay says. I will highly recommend them for all and i have already recommended them to my network. Rf cleaners your work is simply awesome.

Absoulutley the worst service i have ever recived. Booked in a week and a half in advance. the monday before i rang to just conform the booking and withh over 30 uncessful attempts to call him and at least 15 txt messages this arrogant prick refuses to answer or return a text. Then on the the friday he did not show.Absoulutley disgusting service would not reccomend him at all dont waste your time.

Instant quote, very friendly and professional cleaners turned up. Their quote was half of what we got from a previous company! The bond cleaning was amazing I cannot fault them or their service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use their service again

Never using them again - complete rip-off, and had to pay another cleaner to fix their work. I can't even say you get what you pay for, because they charged us an arm and a leg for their shoddy service.If you want a job done properly look elsewhere. If you want someone to clean your house half way and then leave, this is the service for you. Despite paying for a full house clean they didn't clean inside the cabinets or the rangehood, and only cleaned windows half way up (among a long list of other things).It's like having a teenager clean your house - they just want to finish as quickly as possible and get paid, so they skip on the places they don't think you'll check immediately. You'd be better off doing the job yourself (because you'll end up doing that anyway).

They booked me in for a time and then never showed up. Didn’t even call to cancel the booking and didn’t pick up any calls/reply to any messages... just got mucked around and took the day off work for nothing.

Total rip off. I asked for specific items to be included such as windows, doors, sliding tracks, rangehood etc. I was quoted a HIGHER price to have everything included, which I was willing to pay as we are moving in. However these were NOT done, there was so much dirt left it was all very disgusting. I made a complaint but was ignored. After just 1 call, all my follow up calls went straight to voicemail. They only answered my call when I used a different phone number, even then they were very rude and dismissive, and pretended they didn't know anything about my complaint. Up to now they have continued to ignore me. I had to pay another cleaner to spend hours cleaning those things that I paid RF Cleaners for. A total waste of money.
