Ok, showed a willingness to help in the early stages and seemed better than others in the area who had long hold times to ask a simple question. Sometimes I felt reasonable requests I made were about to escalate into a verbal argument but I dropped it because they were marketing my property and achieved a fair ask price. My solicitor advised GK could be withholding thousands of post sales dollars I didn’t know I was entitled to only after I asked did they grant me that portion of money. They took forever to remove their sold sign from my old property and did so only after I threatened to take the matter further.
