Bank of Melbourne Branch Keysborough

Never have I ever experienced such cold service. It’s a matter of humanity I would say. I was with my little one and I was inquiring about a notification I had received from this bank. At which point my little was showing signs of sickness. Suddenly she threw up on herself ( while I was speaking to the lady at the counter) .. what shocked me was that the other lady at the counter ( who was not attending anyone) or the lady looking in to my matter never even inquired if my little one was ok or how they could help. I asked for tissues to which they responded with few tissues ( for a child who is vomiting) and never looked back. They really shocked me .. I actually don’t blame the bank. In my view, it is how their parents have brought them up. But feedback to the bank is the have some protocol for such unpredictable situations for staff who are not trained at home!

Extending compliments and my appreciation to Customer Service Officer Dhinya Edirisinghe. Dhinya demonstrated exceptional customer service towards me within the Keysborough branch. I feel my questions were answered and my issue resolved in a friendly, informative, and especially efficient manner by Dhinya. After my own local branch closed I can now highly recommend the staff at Bank of Melbourne Keysborough.
