Love the EOFY sale! Excellent sales staff gave unbeatable prices for solid wooden furniture.

We went to Ashley Homestore Slacks Creek on the weekend to look at some couches. All staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. So much so that we returned the next day and purchased one. We had the same great experience with the team when we returned.

such a poor customer service and poor condition of the furniture , I purchased a chest of drawers . when I received I noticed that some of the drawers have issue in sliding part of that . I followed up with customer service team and after care " team and they accepted that is a faulty product and they accepted to replace with the new one

Mariana is amazing!! Goes above and beyond for her customers, I was missing an ottoman and it got sorted out straight away.. I absolutely love my lounge suite!! Def come here for furniture because the quality is amazing!!Edited: Got my ottoman and new office chair and desk.. unfortunately I wasn’t home my mum was coz if I was I would’ve went off. The guys didn’t put the legs on my ottoman and left their rubbish behind and the office chair wheels aren’t even functional.. first time impressed, second time was a let down.. when contacted to let them know I was told to visit some place about my office chair.

Love the products but I'm not satisfied their delivery. I bought a dresser with mirror but they delivered wrong(small) mirror. We called for the big one but they said the item is not in stock even I ordered 1 month ago. So I have to wait 1-2 months more and use the dresser like this.

The manager was very helpful and it was nice of her to let me try some furniture to complete the set I was interested in. She was The very patient and polite Very good customer service with good experience. Highly recommended. Thank you

Lovely store and lovely staff! It’s hard not to buy the whole shop! The furniture is high quality without the crazy prices. The styling includes French Country Provincial and Hamptons which look great in any home.
