The start was great the staff helped us pick a great tile.Sadly, after that the service was poor at best. It took 7 days and 2 phone calls after inspecting the job to finally get the quote.Then trying to lock in a date for the the work to be done was a nightmare, staff (also owners) where very vague and then told me they would be going awag now so would have to wait yet another week.So we decided to buy the tiles off them and get tiles laid by another tiler. I paid for the tiles i was told 1 week they would be in following day i was informed they would not be able to supply us with required quantity of tiles and was refunded.Long story short AVOID!!!

Very accommodating, customer service is exceptional

Hunter Valley Tile Mart has a great range of tiles. Belinda is extremely helpful, providing exceptional advice, making tile selection a breeze. Rob and their team of tilers are highly skilled. They have now tiled both my bathroom and kitchen and the work was exceptional. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Staff member was very helpful very good product knowledge.. he could not do enough for us. We were able to get some old tiles for a special repair job.

Partner visited with floor plans for quotes etc they were rude. Took my business else where. Wouldn't recommend. Waste of time.

HVTM had a great selection of tiles and were extremely helpful in selecting the perfect tile. The job was only okay as we found when the foreman left and moved to another job some cutting corners" occurred and the quality fell off - there were uneven tile edges when the fixing equipment I thought was not used properly. I asked one guy about it when I saw one of the plastic joiners broken but there was no fixing it. Most of the job is excellent but the last little bit I thought was only average. Some of the risers are a bit odd. That detracted overall from what would have been an excellent job."

Experienced staff that made selecting tiles so much easier. Immediately knew the look I wanted. Had all the time in the world for me. Was able to make valuable and practical suggestions. I couldn't speak more highly of HVTM.

The Guys have just finished another bathroom for us. We have been using Hunter Valley tiles for years now on all our projects.Yet again they have been fanastic and easy to deal with! :)

Extremely disappointed and would NOT recommend.I went in looking for a very specific tile and found what I was after in two sizes, after asking for the codes and prices for both i was told that the board these tiles were on didn’t have the supplier information. They said they would try to find it for me, so I asked if I could leave my number and be called when they found it so I didn’t have to wait - they agreed.I heard nothing for days so decided to call and was told I had been assisted by the owner but they were now away for a few days and to call back Monday after 1pm.I call Monday and am told ‘oh yes I remember you, no I haven’t found them yet, what’s your number? I’ll have to call you back I’m with a customer.’ And hung up quickly before I could say anything.It has not felt like there was any effort made to find the prices and codes for the tiles I wanted and that me calling to ask if they’ve found it yet has been an inconvenience to them.I will be taking my business elsewhere and absolutely will NOT recommend this place.
