Baulkham Hills Veterinary Hospital

Twas a Sunday late arvo and I found a lost dog in Parramatta area. Unfortunately all the vets were closed and baulkham Hills was the next closest I could get to. I gave them a call beforehand to see if I could bring the dog over. They advised me they could scan the dog for a chip and contact the owners, but they did warn me in advance that because I found the dog outside of the hills area, they couldn't keep the dog, which I was ok with.Brought the dog in and the staff was so helpful, scanned the dog and called the owners (they didn't pick up but was left a message). Staff called the next day to let me know the owners called back, they made sure that I was ok to share my details before proceeding.Even though i didnt use their vet check up services, im giving my review based off the staff and it was all thanks to the staff and their help that Bernie was able to go back to her family!

Fantastic service, they saw our puppy quickly after he had gotten into some easter eggs. Both nurse and vet were exactly what you'd hope for. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

We relocated to castle hill and the vets here have been amazing with our 7 year old dog Tora the Great Dane. We went to many other vet practices throughout the past 6 months, who couldn’t address her skin issues and told us it was nothing and overlooked it however then it got a lot worse and she then went to see Dr Lindsay Hay who prescribed antibiotics and a cream for her and she recovered from the sores and the infection on her belly. Then we went to see Dr Valerie, she was so lovely, empathetic and kind towards tora who is usually petrified or the vet. Dr Valerie was so gentle with tora that she felt very comfortable and even accepted treats from her which tora usually never does with anyone. Dr Valarie did a complete examination on Tora and prescribed arthritis injections and antibiotics as tora has been struggling with pain in the joints and another skin issue. Dr Valarie is a great vet and she will be our regular vet from now on. We are so great full to have found such a professional and knowledgeable vet and a great practice. Also everything was very reasonably priced and the receptionist had great customer service skills and lodged the insurance claim for us. We are really great full: and Thank you for helping our dog get better.

Highly recommend this vet. Words can't express my gratitude to Dr Lindsay and his team for saving my little boy's life. My 5y/o cat had ongoing urinary issues, after spending thousands on catheterisation at my local vets it was recommended my cat have surgery, I was referrer to Dr Lindsay who fit my cats surgery in on very short notice. Had he not, we may have lost our baby. Dr Lindsay CARES about your pet. He is professional, honest, trustworthy, kind, empathetic and treats the animals in his care incredibly well. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit difficult at times however don't care when you get care and service like no other. It has been YEARS since I have had a vet this good.I happily drive almost an hour to see this phenomenal vet and its clear from the plentiful thank you cards decorating the waiting room that I'm not alone in thinking this.

Peter has been fabulous with our fur baby, very thorough and very caring.

Dr Lindsay is the nicest,kindest vet I have had the pleasure of meeting. I presented with my minature Maltese Terrier, Lizzie, who was limping & in pain. Dr Lindsay explained the damage Lizzie had done to her leg & gave her an injection & medication. The following Tues, my husband and I realized Lizzie was in a lot of pain. I phoned & made an apt for the afternoon. Poor Lizzie had to be put down as she was in so much pain.I was able to nurse Lizzie whilst she went to sleep& Lindsay was so caring.I was also given the opportunity to donateLizzie's remains to Sydney Uni for research. Thank you so much Dr Lindsay for making one of the saddest days for my husband and myself a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this vet!!
