Jessica M has been so amazing with my treatments. She helped me find the suitable products for me and instantly made me feel so comfortable during my treatments. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of getting laser/skin treatments. All staff are super friendly!!

Booked an appt for today about 6days prior via email mentioning I'd be using a pre-purchased treatment. I called a few mins before the appt because I was gonna be late,I was then informed that my appt that was confirmed 6days ago was never booked. Then they booked me to 1hr later, ok cool, worked for me. When I called again before my new appt and thinking I might be late again, asking if I should come in or reschedule, they were happy for me to come in anyways, appreciate for theflexibility. They called me again around 4mins & 8mins before I walked into the door, but missed the calls because I was driving,and thought I'm getting there in a few mins anyways. But when I got there, they told me I couldn't use my prepurchased treatment because it expired. Ok it was not mentioned on the purchase receipt, but that's fine, it's on me. I will go search and read the policy next time.But how come this was not communicated 6days ago when I was booking the appt? And I was told it was informed because I missed the 4mins &8min call before I walked in, and it was on me when you suddenly decided to check the eligibility 4mins&8mins before my arrival?? I have also called twice today to confirm, but it was never checked and raised before the appt? If the cancellation policy is 48hrs, shouldnt the confirmation be done 48hrs prior as well?

Second time here for microdermabrasion. I was treated by Georgia, she's the best! Very throughout treatment and gentle. My skin left feeling so clean and fresh. Very professional, calming service. Thank you Georgia! Will definitely come back and book with her! I didn't leave a review last time - wasn't happy and satisfied, the girl only took 5 mins to do my micro, my skin left feeling no difference and it wasn't throughly done at all. But I'm happy I've found Georgia!

Absolutely disappointed! Booked in last week at the Fountain Gate store for 1ml dermal lip fillers! The receptionist was lovely and said she worked at Parkmore and there would be a nurse there next week that could assist me. Got there tonight so pumped, signed consent papers only to be taken into a room by the nurse and told “I don’t want to do this, the clinic here uses a different product that I don’t use & I need to get training for it” … I’ve already called the store to ask the following questions:1. Why did I receive a phone call confirming my appointment yesterday?2. WHY WAS THIS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME ON THE PHONE? And3. WHY DID I HAVE TO SIGN CONSENT PAPERS?I left dissatisfied & won’t be booking in future with MySkin Clinics. I had hoped for a good experience! I hope this gets passed onto the manager.

I saw Chloe today who happened to be here from Waverley. She is very professional, friendly and made me feel very much at ease. Great work

Had my first laser appointment here at MySkin Clinic Parkmore. Kiara who did my procedure was very lovely and sweet. She made my first experience here amazing !!
