Took our almost 2 year old son for his first hair cut. Our son cried but the staff were so calm and did such a good job considering he was so upset! We will be going back! I wish I got the man’s name that did the cut but he was fantastic!

Great place for a cut.Friendly professional staff.Very trendy decor and always clean.In the mall which means you can grab a coffee while you’re at it.Highly recommended.

Do not let the blonde ish short haired person cut your, they absolutely butchered my hair and completely did not do what I asked for, they completely skipped spraying water on my hair and didn’t even blow dry the hair off my face. Left with an awful experience.however the other hair stylist are good.

Great style and scissors cut for teen son by Lauren. The whole team are great barbers, polite , good customer service despite being busy often with a wait line.

Hubby first experience was at Charlestown, great service, perfect hair , ear , and beard trimmed and tidied.Three others were done at Salamander, once again, great service as the barber's knew their job from experience.Sadly the 4th service, left a sour taste.Chin Beared not trimmed properly, hair in ear not done, and beard was roughly cut .Phoned and lodged a dissatisfaction on behalf of hubby.Staff stated that customer was asked what hubby wanted to be done ( Note: hubby did not recall the conversation, coupled with the fact, that the other previous barbers , did not asked any questions, but proceed to provide a perfect cut.).Maybe, I should have stayed and explained what is to be done, but I did not, as the experience from the other barber's, was not informed also, but did what they knew BEST was to be done!Nevertheless, hubby was was irritated over the experience, that I had to tidy and finish the cut for himWill he go back there,YES- but definitely not with the same person.

My husband took my son in today. When they came back home I was shocked at the hair cut, even though my husband had shown them a photo. I'm fuming at the moment after trying to grow his hair for a few months.They put apprentices there and expect them to cut. Just because us locals don't live in the city it doesn't mean we don't deserve good haircuts!!!!!!

Ben holds the title of Master of the Fast Cut.His time for my last cut was 3 mins 4 seconds.This guy is a true professional and so is Dom and the rest of the friendly crew.Great results in only a short time.

My 3yo is a total nightmare cyclone when trying to get anything done that requires sitting still. James is a wizard and had him chatting and looking like a little human instead of cousin it's offspring again in no time. Highly recommended.will be back.

Ben done an amazing haircut on my son (4 years old). I love the fact that he was so fast and still produced a quality hair cut. Being fast prevented my son from acting up half way through. Price is fair for the quality of cut.Wont be going anywhere else but here for future styles. Staff are all friendly and approachable too which is great!
