Disrespectful Customer service.I went this morning around 3am and try to buy coffee and other snacks.While waiting at the door seems like he was sleeping inside and came 4-5 minutes later and pointing me to come at the front window and asking me are you new in Australia .He behaviour was absolutely unethical and rude and also racist to brown snake skin although he is also from South Asia too.I believe Ampol Service Station management will take care this matter and in future we can get good customer service with good team member.

Staff need to be trained.Specially the guy who is working on friday night,that bloke is very rude. I came at 11:48pm is was not opening the door first,i asked for a coffee then he opened the door,after i paid for a coffee asked him very politely can i use bathroom? he was not allowing me to use bathroom but i used, because i know he was doing is intentionally and not allowing me to use bathroom for no reason. After i came out of bathroom he was giving me warning he said come next time to here i will show you, i said show me now.Even there was another customer too at that time.Very rude guy, I suggest people to go to other servo.

Ampol petrol station on Falcon Street corner with West Street in Crows Nest often has good prices. 20 years ago it was the place 4 taxis to go and fill up. The staff are friendly. There's a large variety of drinks in fridges. Also an ATM and several shelves food and car accessories.

I had the same experience as a couple of other people; while I was ill and unable to sleep I walked 30 minutes to this store to purchase some food. I checked online to see if the station was open, I was well presented and friendly but the attendant would not allow me inside. I understand he probably isn’t being paid much but the extent to which he didn’t care was pretty off-putting and according to the signage it appeared his choice to not let me inside might have been discretionary. Open 24 hours is not an appropriate listing.

Disappointment we drove 14 minutes out of the way to usual facility because Woolworths Caltex are known for their clean bathrooms and good service. This store advertises its open 24hrs but it’s window service. Denis was not helpful in providing any information on somewhere else we could go instead and than chose to ignore you.. Sydney traffic too grr

Disgusting customer service & very aggressive employee on Christmas Day .He should to learn how to communicate with customers .I try to ask something & he got very aggressive & angry , started shouting at me . When I asked at him , don’t raise ur voice , replied to me that he speak with every like this shouting at people .He doesn’t know that local customers is very important for the business . Never ever doing job with them , they don’t deserve it at all with this very low standard employee they have in the store , with no respect to customers at all

Disgraceful customer service. I am not a local but I drive uber and I found myself in the area at 3am. I stopped in to get a beverage and after about 5 minutes waiting at the door, the attendant finally appeared and directed me to the night service window. Then he had the audacity to ask if this was my first time at this Ampol, as if it mattered, or was any of his business. Like I should have known to go straight to the night window, which he wasn't standing at anyway and there was no signage on the door to say night counter only". It was my first time

Can you imagine how bad a muffin has to be to deseve commenting on? If not, just head over to Ampol and grab the 2 buck travesty with coffee. Ultra sweet as expected, yet with tiny candied 'blueberries' that are almost crunchy. Muffin itself is like eating a toasted dish sponge with a similar foul aftertaste as if the shortening used was some leftover Castrol GTX. 1 Star.

Very rude customer service ,Angry & unhappy person on the counter .no respect to customers at all.After being customer to this station more than 5 years & fill my car more than 3 times here & i am local.i will never back .because the person who work on Christmas day at 3;30 pm should not be at counter at all.he does not know how to talk to customers even you ask him something ,will start shouting at you with no reason,on top he was having argument with another customer also ,because his rudnes to customer.even ive told him why are you shouting at me he said thats i am if you dont like dont come here go to BP service station ,i was completely surprise .but he did favour to me from now on i give my business to BP station

(not so much a review, more of a complaint)1:30am Saturday October 22nd. There was a sign on the window said that the station would be closed on the 24th. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out and serve me (food and a drink) while the others also wanted to pay or purchase something. One of the people waiting with me called phone and the station. Someone picked up the phone and told them that because it closes tomorrow they were not operating even tho all lights were on, pumps were running, and they were still in store. It also closes in two days so this claim made even less sense. Anyway we all ended up leaving without buying anything and the one that wanted to pay for his petrol ended up leaving after waiting 15 minutes for someone to allow him to pay.
