A well designed over 55 community village. Top class club house with indoor pool. Staff who care and show interest. Friendly residents

Just popped in to have a look around. Was taken care of by a very helpful lady and given a tour. Very well set out. Loved the homes they had on offer. A little too expensive for me though

Ref to review by Kurt Osha !!I read your review on the village and you are totally wrong, l will tell you why. Yes it is for45s + and there is not medical services avaliable, no prepared meals served here , and no aged care provided . The reason why is because it is NOT A RETIREMENT VILLAGE it is a Lifestyle village, for people who want to down seize , use all the facilities avaliable here , meet like minded people , live in a safe gated community, still go to work daily or get out and enjoy living. As for kids they are welcome to visit and to staying, just not as permanent residents .If this didn't suite your needs or your parents ok but it does for many others living here and love it as l have for the last 2 yrs .There is a huge difference between LIFE STYLE & RETIREMENT VILLAGE'S. So do your homework next time .

Don't buy an unfinished product like we did

What a load of bull. Only interested in taking your money. I thought I was going to pay $405.000. Then I found out my new house was going to cost me $450.000. Buyer beware, Lara Lifestyle Ingenia have no morals or ethics! Don't be fooled by the idea!!
